What Causes Clear Discharge And Strong Smelling Urine?
Question: when i go pee , at the end of peeing i get this weird feeling. my pee is extremely strong smelling and i have a liquidy clear discharge. what is wrong ?

noticed it about a week ago. no fever . it doesnt necessarily burn when i go pee but when im done it feels like i have to keep peeing. cloudy dark yellow pee. no pain in the abdomen. the discharge is throughout the day. yes im sexually active.

With your current details, there is a possibility of Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), at this age it usually occurs due to stones in urinary tract or unprotected sexual intercourse.
In such situations, i advise following:
1. To get a Urine Routine & Microscopy done.
2. To get a Urine Culture and Sensitivity done.
If UTI gets proved in these tests then antibiotics are started according to the reports.
And an Ultrasound Abdomen is indicated.
