What Causes Clear Fluid From Urethral Opening While Having Sex?
Question: Is it possible for males to have a squirting orgasm? From what I have read it is impossible, but have also heard otherwise. If I masterbate myself by stroking the shaft, I come normally. If I am involved in oral sex or intercourse with a woman, I tend to squirt a clear liquid. It seems to happen when the head of the penis is rubbed with something moist, such as sexual intercourse or oral sex. Sometimes the liquid is mixed with small amounts of semen as well. I empty my bladder right before sex, and it still happens. The fluid is always clear and does not present itself to be urine, nor does it smell like it. And it is usually always a good amount of fluid and comes with a more intense orgasm than normal. Or can this be some sort of valve problem? I am 39 y/o. with no history of any related problems.

Thank you very much for the information. Very informative. Sometimes I pass up to a cup or so of fluid. It seems like I'm peeing. I know this is not a normal amount of fluid for most males to pass, but I must be a special case.
