Question: I occasionally have a clear mucus (looks similar to clear snot from nose) penile discharge only in the morning after bowel movement. Is this an infection?

I am a straight male, so no anal sex. This is a penile discharge that only seems to happen upon pushing out a bowel. Last form of intercourse was end of September which was protected vaginal sex only. Condom did not break during use.
