Brief Answer: Part of undigested particles or mucous... Detailed Answer: Hi, Sticky jelly like substance could either be undigested particle or layer of mucous. In all probabilities they should trouble you if they are not frequent occurrence and you have no other issues with passing stool or digestion. I would only advice you to drink plenty of fluids and take lot of fibre rich food in your diet.
