What Causes Cloudy Urine With Frequent And Painful Urination?

Question: i have burning after urination, frequent urination and cloudy urine from time to time.
what may be the reason for this? my urine test 10 days ago was normal (except minimal protein) but at that time i did not have
these symptoms except frequent urination.

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have UTI.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

2 days ago i was at my family doctor and he looked at the urine test results done 10 days ago and said no infection. he was not able to tell the reason and said wait 4-6 weeks.

it seems that the urination frequency decreased a little bit (but it is last 3 days i woke up each night one time for urination) but i feel pain when before urination (not during urination!) and after urination. moreover, sometimes during urination
the stream is divided into 2.

will this new info change your diagnosis?
