It seems to be Urinary tract infection and needs prompt treatment.
If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you with Nitrofurantoin if not allergic to. It is very effective class of antibiotic for urinary infections of acute nature. Meanwhile we have to go for Urine complete analysis and Urine Culture and Sensitivity test to look for the causative agent for this infection. We sometimes have to review the medications after having the urinalysis lab reports.
Take plenty of water and Cranberry juice for fast recovery and relief from symptoms.
