Blood report with non blast flag G2 , Low Hct, and MPV suggest viral etiology.
If you are following up with PC do ask him to rule out the viral involvement.
Feeling tired for long if more than 2 weeks may not be related to the Viral infection.

Since, most viral infections tend to lower the immunity, do discuss on you being placed on a cover antibiotics.
