Brief Answer:
You need to get yourself thoroughly evaluated
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health Care Magic.
I have carefully gone through the description. While on cruise, the body faces difficulty in setting the benchmark between steadiness and movement and messes up with the balance centre which lies in our inner ear. Hence you do not feel well and feel dizzy. You need to take promethazine or cinnarizine or some other medicine that stabilises the inner ear. Seeing a doctor and getting yourself thoroughly evaluated can prove useful.
Prolonged exposure could have made you sweat and get a saltwater imbalance and could be contributory.
