Brief Answer:
You need antibiotics and inhalator steroids and bronchodilators

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, signs of respiratory tract infection in the setting of copd needs prompt management. You should immediately seek a medical facility and get XRAY chest done alongwith neubilisations with bronchodilators medicinces like salbutamol since wheeze has ensued already. Alongwith injectable steroids may be needed if arterial blood gases shows any decrease in oxygen saturation. Also get blood screens done for any signs of infection and start respective antibiotic. In my clinic I usually start with moxifloxacin or macrolide cover for a better respiratory cover. Neubilisations can be overlapped with inhalers which may include both beta agonists and steroids in inhalatory preparations. Steam inhalations will also help with the symptoms and is usually highly under rated by the patients but are very beneficial. Avoid exposure to cold. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
