Brief Answer:
Symptoms of a common cold.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.

From what you are describing, looks like you are having an upper respiratory tract infection which is called in the daily language a common cold.

In general it will give for 3-5 days the symptoms you are describing, and then the person should start feeling better. So, if Friday was your first day, by tomorrow you should start feeling better.

-- I would recommend of drinking plenty of fluids (2-4 liters/day);
-- Take Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen (non-aspirin pain killer) as needed but not more frequent then every 4-6 hours, after food.
-- If you start having fever, having shortness of breath, or feeling worse, then it is a sign that you should go for a follow-up to your local doctor, because that would mean that a bacterial infection has overlapped on the viral infection and you may need antibiotics, but this happens rarely.
-- The lower back pain is part of the symptoms of the common cold, and the Ibuprofen will help you feel better.
-- I don't see the relation of the mosquito bite with the other symptoms. Try to not scratch it, to avoid getting infected.

Hope this is helpful.
