acute bronchitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
In my opinion you have lower respiratory tract infection , that is the reason for producing greenish color phelgm.
Along with this you have acute bronchi constriction , causing difficulty in breathing.
For this, treatment would be inhaler, antibiotics which you have taken.
Your peak exp flow meter is low, this is common when there is infection +bro choconstriction.
Salty taste is the taste of the mucous which is normal.
Treatment which you have taken is correct.
It will take at least 3weeks for cough to completely reduce.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have advised to continue with inhaler and add on antihistamines with mucolytic tablet for 2 weeks + expectorant cough syrup.
Don't worry, you will be fine in another weeks time.
Hope my answers have helped you.
