Hello XXXX, welcome back to HCM..
I've gone through your query and understand your concern.. I've also reviewed all of your recent investigation reports in reference to your other queries, and let me assure you in the first place that you don't seem to have any cardiac ailments at present, so just relax..
Yes most likely all of these symptoms are related to the anxiety only, while costochondritis is most likely aggravating the pain at the same time, making you more and more anxious at the same time..
Just continue with the analgesics as you've already prescribed, they'd be sufficient to control it..please avoid any kid of strenuous activities which can further worsen the pain..
Please try to keep yourself busy so that the mind doesn't get time to even think about all these, and you'll feel the change in just a matter of time.. besides work, indulge yourself in hobbies i.e. painting, reading novels, listening to music, watching moving , taking stroll around the park etc., and you'll immediately see the changes in yourself..
Move on happily with your life, don't worry..

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear, Welcome Back,
Thanks for following up..
Well from your description, it sounds like a simple cyst / benign growth but there can be several other possibilities too..
Please let me know the exact location of the problem, which side(left or right), can you pin point the area, are you able to see any visible swelling/redness/discoloration over the area ?
If it's externally visible, you can simply take a picture of the region and upload it here in the reports section which will give me a much clear idea to determine the nature of this..
Don't worry as it doesn't like too serious however to determine the exact nature of the condition you need to be clinically examined by any Surgeon, so a planned visit would be really beneficial in diagnosing the nature of the problem..
Let me know if there's any further queries, I'll be glad to clarify..
Take Care
Kind Regards

There is no visable issue ... It is almost like a gas feeling or air regurgitation feeling in right side outter rib
needs further clinical evaluation..
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear, thanks for following up..
Now since there's no visible issue, it can be a referred feeling due to GERD/acid peptic disease or can even be a herniated sac or something else too(i'm not going to share the entire list of probable diagnosis as it'll make you nothing but more worried)..
This doesn't appear to be anything too serious but needs to be examined in details so that proper diagnosis can be made, so just schedule an appointment with your PCP or a general surgeon to get it checked..
Let me know how you stay in the due course..
Take Care
Kind Regards
