What Causes Cold, Running Nose And Back Pain?

Question: hello Doctor,
from yesterday morning I have symptoms of cold running nose. at evening nose started running like water drops coming form nose.

at night and today morning I have taken vickoryl tab.
having little backache. and feeling little cold as well.

plz suggest.

Thanks for your query.

It looks like you are having viral infection. You can take tab. Wikoryl L is good for cols as it has cetrizine and paracetamol.

Other home remedies are:
- Drinking plenty of fluids, warm water, soups.

- Steam inhalation

- Warm lemon juice with a tsp of honey.

Usually it resolves within 3 to 5 days with symptomatic treatment. In case it persists or worsens you can take antibiotic as tab. Azee 500 mg once daily, after food for 3 days.
