What Causes Cold Sensation In Leg?

Question: localized coldness in lower left leg. At first I thought there was a draft aimed at that part of my leg. Now, over the last 4-5 days, the incident has repeated. It seems like there is a cold blast of air aimed at that spot. I just checked my blood pressure and it was low, as usual for me.

No backache. I do get cramps in the legs after exercise - but have done so for years. I do have a little numbness in toe in that leg - the toe that would be the ring finger digit. No diabetes or Thyroids No illness related to these symptoms. No serious illness. My dog did just get diagnosed with Lyme, in case that is a possibility. Thanks, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer: xray/mri LS spine Detailed Answer: i would suggest the test of MRI spine. sounds to me like there is something going wrong with the back. the nerves that come out of the back may be causing trouble. thereby causing the symptoms So I really suggest the MRI along with the test of Vitamin D Best of luck Dr Mittal
