Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Cold sensation in feet and legs could be due to several reasons including Peripheral vascular disease (diminished blood flow to the lower limbs due to block in arteries), Reynold's phenomena (narrowing of peripheral arteries), Hypothyroidism (decreased thyroid hormone ), or Neurological problems like diabetic neuropathy.

Physical examination, imaging studies to assess blood flow, blood sugar level measurement, thyroid function test are warranted to confirm the diagnosis.

Please be advised to follow-up with a primary care provider to undergo further evaluation.
Meanwhile, you can dress your lower limb in layers to help with cold sensation.
Quitting smoking(if you do so) is also very important.

Hope I was able to help you
