Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Do you have legs swelling? Shortness of breath after some physical activity? Calf pain when walking? Do you have diabetes? Is your skin pale?
Symptoms like yours can be caused by heart failure, atherosclerosis or anemia.
Each issue should be diagnosed and treated in different way. That is why I suggest you to have some tests done at first. Blood work, heart ultrasound, ECG and legs arteries ultrasound should be done at first.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

I tire very easy. I just do something like cooking, and I have to rest for a while. Some times my fingers and toes turn white, but are like ice. But most mof the time they are red. I have had blood work done and all came back ok.
