Brief Answer:
Provide reports and more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The disease course of parkinsons disease depends upon duration of disease and response to drugs.
As your husband is bed ridden then possibility of significant improvement is less likely.
Confusions may be a part of disease or drug related.
You can provide more details, investigation and prescription - the current treatment, I will review and suggest if there are any other options available.

Do get back to me for further queries.
