Hi,

As far as fistula is concerned its only treatment is surgery.

For this, you have to contact a general surgeon or anorectal surgeon preferably.

Can you provide the biopsy report as attachment?
And have you undergone ultrasound abdomen to rule out hepatobiliary disorder as gall stone or fatty liver etc?
Any lab report as liver function tests etc?
Are you taking antibiotics?

If you have such reports you can provide me.

In nutshell surgery is only cure for any fistula anywhere is body as fistula tract has to be removed.

You must be taking treatment of ulcerative colitis.

Continue that.

And get surgery by the anorectal surgeon for fistula.
