What Causes Constant And Frequent Urination In A 29 Year Old Woman?
I am 29 yrs old and I have a 10 mnths old baby boy. I have this urine problem since before I got married... It's almost 8 years since I am having this problem. I have consulted 7-8 doctors for this problem...took the medicines they prescribed but it's all the same... I don't feel any difference even with the medicines. The feeling to pee is present 24/7. I pass urine 4-5 times when others have to pass once only. I am sick of visiting doctors since it's not helping... I have gone through all the test with all the doctors I consulted... N have done ultra sound so many times but the resuls are normal. N they say that there is no infection....
I am really helpless...plis help me out of this problem....
Thank you...

Hello
Welcome to health care magic, I have gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern.
4 to 5 times in a day is normal urine frequency with no evidence of infection in reports and ultrasound, so in my opinion you need not to worry at all.
Here, I would like to have a look on your reports so if possible please upload us your all reports. Do let me know if you are having any other problem like burning sensation or itching while passing urine.
I would advise you to go for culture and sensitivity test with early morning first voided sample if not undertaken till date.
Meanwhile have plenty of fluids and maintain good hygiene
Please feel free to ask for further clarification, I will gladly answer you.
wishing you good health
regards.
needs further evaluation like urodynamic study by an urologist
Detailed Answer:
HELLO
welcome again and sorry for the late reply.
Since all your urine reports and ultrasound is normal and still you are having this complaints which needs to be evaluated further by urodynamic study or gynaecological assessment, So in my opinion you should consult a urologist and subsequently a gynaecologist as per your convenience.
It might be related to recurrent or chronic urine infection, bladder outflow obstruction or stress related which warrants detailed evaluation.
Meanwhile have plenty of fluids and try to avoid stress and anxiety.
Hope I could answer your question, however if you can upload your reports it would be more handy to guide you better.
Wishing you good health.
Best wishes
