What Causes Constant And Loud Burps?

Question: I am getting 30 to 40 burps daily with a loud voice from last one & half years. Also I don't feel hungry most of the time. What is the cause of such burps & whom should I consult? Are there any tests to be done to know the exact cause of the same.

I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

You have symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease ( stomach contents refluxing in to food pipe) and probable aerophagia ( excess swallowing of air).

You can get relief by taking Ganaton Total once daily before breakfast for 4 weeks.
Reduce weight if you are obese.
Avoid coffee, citrus, chocolates, carbonated beverages, spicy food, alcohol, smoking.
Eat multiple smaller meals and go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.

To prevent aerophagia -
1. Avoid carbonated beverages, chewing gum
2. Eat slowly

Thanks for the reply. Are there any tests or scans to be done to identify the exact cause or confirmation of GERD?
Earlier I had consulted a Gastroenterologist, attaching here his prescription.
