Brief Answer:
Physical therapy may help. Pediatric neurologist consultation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Since imaging studies didn't reveal any structural changes of the Zoey's brain that may explain her headaches, primary headaches such migraine, tension type etc. should be considered.
A Pediatrician neurologist consultation is necessary to achieve a correct diagnosis.
Since massage helps in reducing pain, physical therapy ( neck muscles traction procedures ) should help in improving her pain further,
Use of ibuprofen also should be considered.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.
