What Causes Constant Blurred Vision, Exhaustion And Sinusitis Migraines?

Thyroid gland function should be assessed too.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
I think too, those health concerns are caused by perimenopausal period.
Migraines should have been less prominent with age, so, headaches could be related to perimenopause too.
However, a conditions that may be mistaken as menopause is low thyroid gland function.
I suggest you to consult with your primary care Doctor and to be evaluated by tests about hormones imbalance ( FSH and estradiol ), thyroid gland function, osteoporosis.
You can discuss also about treatment to ease your symptoms.
If menopause is confirmed treatment to ease symptoms include hormone therapy (estradiol), low doses of antidepressants etc.
Hope you found the answer helpful,
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.
