
What Causes Constant Dizziness?

Question: i've been to almost ever Doctor imaginalable and had MRIs, Cat Scans etc and can not figure out why I'm always dizzy and lightheaded ALL THE TIME????

(!) I have never lost consciousness, But I have fallen 3 time in the last 6 months
due to dizziness... Never had any pains in the neck.
(2)List Of medication are as follows:
(1)Memantine 10mg 2xper day (2) Met0prollol25mg (3)Asprin (4)Rouvastatin2mg
(5)Doneprizil10 mg (6)Citalopram20mg and also take shots of Novalog & Toujuo.
(3) No vomiting, ear discharge, or ringing in my ears.I do have hearing loss which is
a condition I received while in the army..
due to dizziness... Never had any pains in the neck.

Physiotherapy guided vertigo exercises may help.
