Brief Answer:
It can be because of twitching or reflex blepharospasm

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having increased blinking.
This can occur in a condition called as blepharospasm.
The common causes are
1. Reflex blepharospasm as seen in conjunctivitis, fall of dust in eyes.... This is characterized by pain or irritation with redness or watering. This requires treatment by use of antibiotic eye drops and removal of dust particle if any.
2. Blinking can also occur in twitching of eyelids. This can occur following stress, increased use of caffeine containing drinks like coffee. Here the eye will be normal and symptoms of pain,redness....are absent.

Hence I need details like
Do you have redness, irritation, watering along with blinking?

Please provide answer for above question so that I can answer more accurately.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
