Brief Answer:
Get free t3 and t4

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

If TSH is normal and t3 and t4 levels are normal then I recommend you to get free t3 , free t4 and anti TPO for confirmation.
Other issues that closely mimics hypothyroidism are deficiency of Vit b12 and vit d. Please get these levels as well.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Brief Answer:
Anti thyroid antibodies

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back. Anti tpo is anti thyroid antibodies, these antibodies attack one's thyroid cells. However in these patients free t 3 and t4 would be sub normal. In your case I recommend you to get other tests done which I have suggested in my previous reply to you.
