Question: Hi I have high polymorphs & erythrocytes in the urine also hyaline casts present and a trace of protein

Take broad-spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptics like Nitrofurantoin and urine alkalizer. Later on, switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your Family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water to keep the urine dilute. This will help to control dysuria.
Weakness, fatigue may be due to low blood sugar. Taking fruits, increase your sugar intake and multivitamins will help to reduce these symptoms.
