Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXX
Thanks for posting query.
From history and description of your problem it seems that you might be having Acute Vulvo-vaginitis.
Perhaps due to lack of proper local hygiene during period time, you may have received this bacterial infection. Nothing related to sexually transmitted infection though.
I would suggest you go for vaginal swab examination.
Consult your Gynaec, clinical examination will give more precise clue about your problem.
After examination and report your Gynaec will go for treatment accordingly.
In such case a course of higher antibiotic and Metronidazole for 5-7 days will give you relief from your problem.
Important is to keep local hygiene clean, healthy and airy.
I hope, I answered your query.
If you have further query or clarification, please write back.
I wish you speedy recovery.
