What Causes Constant Light-headedness And Head Pressure Feeling?
Brief Answer:
BPPV.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
In my opinion, you might be having BPPV itself. This is inner ear disease. In this disease, dizziness is seen with movement of head or change in head position.
Acute phase is treated with labyrinthine sedatives like Cinnarizine 25 mg twice daily for 1 to 2 weeks. Chronic phase is treated with vestibular rehabilitation exercises, epley's manouver and low salt diet.
Avoid driving or lifting heavy weight. Take adequate bed rest. All the medicines are prescription medicines, so I would advise you to consult with the doctor and get evaluated.
Hope my answers have helped you. Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
