Question: I am 30/f married. from 16th August onwards I am having a strange feeling. I am nauseous almost every time I eat. And sometimes accompanied with a rapid heart beat post lunch. I am hypertensive and n medication- Amlogard 5mg. I also take Duphaston . And recently my T3 was 75 and T4 and TSH was normal. Please help.

First get urine pregnancy test

Hi,

I suggest you to get urine pregnancy test done with early morning urine sample. The most common cause of nausea at this age.
If you had recently started with Duphaston, it could be reason for the nausea that you have. Duphaston has nausea as side effect.
If these two are ruled out then there are other reasons which have to be tested for like GERD.
Please do not worry this can be treated easily.
