Brief Answer:
Dry mouth - side effect of Duromin / Liver is on right side.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

The liver is on the right side of the abdomen and hence not being affeced as you have pain on the left side.

Since you have had pain before also, it is possibly a pre-existing pain from back to belly on the left side as you mentioned. I think you should consult a Doctor to get a clinical / physical examination to determine the cause. This can be due to a problem in the spine or back causing referred pain to the belly. This will help to determine the cause and get an order for further investigations which may be in the form of MRI of the Back / Spine and ultrasonography of the abdomen to see for the pancreas, spleen, kidneys and other organs to rule out any intra-abdominal problem.
If required CT scan of the abdomen may be required.

You are only on Duromine 30 and most probably not a cause of pain. Your thirst might have increased due to many reasons, and most probably as a side effect of Duromin, that is dry mouth leading you to drink more water.
Duromin is anyway taken for morbid obesity.
What is weight and height and BMI?

Also get tests of blood done for CBC, Sugar and whichever your Doctor advises, urine and stool.

I hope this answer helps you.

Brief Answer:
It is not normal

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
BMI of 28 is overweight and not obese, why would you take Duromin ?

It is not normal to loose 7 kg in 1 week. This looks like an obsession. have normal diet, increase your exercised. I am sure if you are determined to loose weight you can certainly loose a bit gradually.
Take multi-vitamin supplements if you have loosing too much weight and you are eating only one little meal and a piece of fruit.
