Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
I sincerely empathise with you. You have done all the relevant investigations. In all probability all your symptoms seem to be due to endometriosis. Yet I suggest you consult Physician/ Gastroenterologist to make sure that your symptoms are not due to inflammatory bowel disease.
To confirm that these symptoms are due to endometriosis you can take oral contraceptives continuously for three months(active pills) or Inj Zoladex monthly for 2 months. Within a month of taking these pills or injection if your symptoms reduce it suggests that it is due to endometriosis.
As regards weight reduction, what is your BMI? If you are obese consult dietician. Join gym and take personal trainer to reduce weight. Regular exercises wil also help you to manage pain better.
I hope this helps. If you have further concerns, I will behappy to answer.

Hi,
Welcome back.
When did you get your last period? If it is within last two weeks you can start taking contraceptive pill now. It will not cause any problem. You can use extended cycle contraceptive pills like Seasonale, Seasonque, quartette etc. If you don't find them you can use active pills from three packs of monthly contraceptive pills.
If you wish to wait for your periods to start contraceptive pills, you can use NSAIDs like Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily after meals for pain relief. Hot water bag / hot wheat bag also gives relief to some extent. Discuss with your doctor and visit physiotherapy unit to use Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator (TENS) for pain relief.
I hope this helps.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.

Hi,

Yes you can try TENS.
I suggest you can also try yoga and meditation atleast for few months. It does help in pain management.
With best wishes,
Dr Rama.
