Brief Answer:
Need review ultrasound and follow up

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
Thanks for writing in to us.

Your CT scan report done 30-03-2017 shows a stone in the right ureter which is a passage connecting the right kidney and urinary bladder. It is mildly blocking the flow of urine.

There are also small stones in both kidneys.

If the scan was done a month back then it is possible the stone has migrated downwards. The pain in right testis can be reffered and due to the stone.

At the moment you need to get back to your doctor and get an ultrasound scan done. It will show if the stone is stuck and causing pain felt in right testis.

Please do write back with your doubts.

Brief Answer:
An antispasmodic can help decrease your pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Your pain is likely from spasm of the ureter due to the stone. If you were my patient and in an emergency, I would have recommended capsule SPASMO-PROXYVON which is antispasmodic containing dicyclomine hydrochloride 10 mg, acetaminophen 400 mg, propoxyphene napsylate 100 mg. It is to be taken 1 capsule 2 to 3 times a day when there is pain. It should be taken only for short duration. This will decrease your pain but will not cure your stone. Therefore you need to go to your doctor quickly.
