tinnitus for evaluation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
You are having tinnitus, that is ringing in ears.
This can be because of many reasons, like viral infection, ear infection, trauma, Vascular lesions of the brain, infarct to the hearingnerve etc.
More so it is because of ischaemia to the hearing nerve.
Cause is idiopathic.
Investigation would be audiogram, tympanometry.
Treatment is ginkobiloba extract tablet 40 mg twice daily for 3 months.
Anti oxidant tablets, nerve vitalizer tablet and betahistine tablet 16 to 24 mg twice daily for 3 weeks. You can discuss about these medications with your doctor.
None of the doctor can assure 100% cure for this. Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.

it will be good to hear from a psychiatrist as i did not have any cold or anything which can cause tinnitus and these pills earlier also brought ring in my ear but then my psychiatrist stopped some pills and ring stopped.

drug induced tinnitus.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, as you said. Could be drug induced. But to rule out other causes, I woukd suggest you do get a hearing test done.
If it's normal, then stop the drug after consulting your psychiatrist.
Drug induced tinnitus is reversible . Hence consult with the doctor and get treated. Thanks.

Nothing major.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
I saw your report. Bilateral A type curve.
With slightly negative pressure in the middle ear. Nothing major problem. Valsalva exercises will be very helpful. Apart from this, there is no serious problems. I would suggest you to withdraw the drug and see how you feel.
Thanks pleased to help you further. Thanks.
