What Causes Constant Runny Nose Despite Taking Medication?

Question: hi i have a problem of running nose and taking half montek LC kid tablet since last 10 years if i stop taking tablet my nose satrt running and i am unable to breath through nose due to blocked nostril but once start taking montek LC kid half it stops and i feel ok. During winter season normally i feel ok but during rainy season it is very sever blocked nose pls advice.

By your symptoms it looks like you have allergic rhinitis ,which is usually triggered due to change of season
Taking Montek is okay but it would be preferable for you to get examined by an ENT .
He will prescribe you some decongestant sprays and corticosteroid spray which will prevent further trigger of the rhinitis .
Repeated exposure to cold will help you sensitize yourself .

Hello again, there are many side effects mild dizziness, fatigue feeling drowsy most of the time, high irritability,joint pain,muscle cramps
The most important long term complication is acute pancreatitis, if you have severe pain in stomach please investigate.
