What Causes Constant Stomach Growling After Having Water?

Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Generally these stomach growlings or rumblings are a normal phenomenon which is faced by almost everybody,to some extent, but some sensitive individuals feel them more.
Stomach contractions which help in propulsion of food in the intestines cause these rumblings.
In some cases however, these rumblings can be due to excessive air in their digestive system caused by fast eating or talking when eating resulting in swallowing of more air.
In some cases it could be due to consumption of more of artificial sweeteners like drinking more sodas or consuming more gums. These contain sugar alcohols which are difficult to absorb and cause more of gas production due to bacterial action on them.
If you are not having pain or vomiting or diarrhoea or any indigestion, then you can ignore them. Drink plenty of water and do regular exercises to keep your digestive system active.
Eat slowly and chew your food properly. Don't talk while eating your food. Avoid carbonated foods and junk foods.
I hope it helps, however if you some further query you can revert to me.
Best of luck
Thanks
