Brief Answer:
sounds like diabetic nephropathy
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a diabetic nephropathy.
In this condition, the kidney is slowly damaged in diabetes. The kidney disease patients may have low hemoglobin. And thus causes weakness.
You can try 2 things-
1. Try erythropoietin injections.
2. Try iron tablets in addition to 1.
This will increase the hemoglobin and he may feel better.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Thank you doctor what kind of diet can he take. Is it a critical stage for him because everything is more than the normal range
Brief Answer:
Try CAPD
Detailed Answer:
Hi
What he needs is called the diabetic renal diet.
It has to be deficient in potassium and sugars.
Avoid non veg diet, because excess protein may go in and further damage the kidneys.
As far as everything being high is concerned, thats probably because of kidney damage. You may talk to your doctor about option of CAPD. It will help you a lot as far as bringing the levels back to normal is concerned.
It may also improve his quality of life.
I hope that helps.
Best of luck.
