I believe that you may have a high metabolism

Welcome back to HCM: Please note that this varies with individuals, there are people who despite wearing the warmest clothes are always cold and the same if true for others who are high heat producers, this would be you innate physiology, as long as you do not have a true fever I would not worry about it. Some individuals have what is called hyperhydrosis, which is they sweat a lot and this is perceived as being too hot.
