I am having problem while passing stool. I consulted a general physvisn and on medication about a month now, but still the problem remans. Can uou please advise? I sm using the attached medicines.

Some times its hard and pains. The pain stays for a while and goes off after couple of hours. I dont see XXXXXXX blood while stooling.

1. High fiber diet ( lot of vegetables and fruits)
2. Lot of fluids
3. Cremadiet Duo 0-0-2 scoops in 250 ml of water
4. Sitz bath for 10 minutes twice a day
5. Anovate for local application twice a day

Thank you Doctor. Can you please suggest vegetables, fruits and fluids which are high in fiber and help me in faster recovery. Also foods that I should avoid.

You can take greens, beans, cabbage, cucumber, raisins, carrots, mangoes etc.
Fluids can be water, buttermilk, milk, juices etc.
