What Causes Constipation, Bloating, Tissue And Blood Discharge During Defecation?

Question: This is a really gross topic. But I have been having some really weird things bowel wise happening in the past week. I have been feeling off, just not feeling well, and bloated and constipated (which in itself is not out of the ordinary), I passed this piece of tissue blob while trying to have a bowel movement. It had streaks of blood in it, but it looked like a decaying life form. It really disturbed, my partner said I should have taken a photo, That was a good idea but I thought that I wouldn't get a chance again to capture this on my camera. But today the same thing, only the blob of tissue was bigger so I had the camera ready. And while having this bowel movement I threwup a couple of times. Something is not right. I am going to my doctor today, but don't have a lot of faith in the results. Any ideas.?
