What Causes Constipation, Feeling Of Something Stuck In Throat And Vomiting?

Question: Last night I took Miralax for constabation and then later on I drank Tonic Water and got a gas bubble or whatever stuck painfully - bafely able to breathe - - then I started to throw up bowls& bowls of dark brown fluid(?). Not blackish but brown and it didn't taste like bowels. I did eat falfels earlier in the evening but it was odd and intense.

Not a question but I should add I had my Gall Bladder removed 10 years ago.
