Question: I feel constipated but there is pain under the shoulder blades and kidney area and I'm bloated and distended and when I sit on a hard surface there's sharpness in the rectum 66 female stent 2001

Your symptoms can be caused by several issues. As you are over 50, large intestine malignancies must be always considered. Bloating, rectum sharpness, constipation can be due to such large intestines tumor. That is why, the first thing you should have is a colonoscopy.
Pain under the shoulder blades and kidney area can be due to infection of the urinary tract or gallstones. This conditions can be present along with large intestine issue (it does not have to be one thing causing all your symptoms). That is why, abdominal ultrasound is the test you should have as well. Blood work and urine analysis are advisable.

Without mentioned tests, its hard to give precise diagnosis.
