What Causes Continued Bleeding After Having Implanon Implant?

Question: Hi
I've been on the implanon since September 2014 I bled for 4 weeks then it stopped except for spotting for an hour every now and then in September and nothing until now
December 2014

My concern is
From December 19th I got a weird heavy period
I was in hospital with back pain migraines fever sharp pains in my stomach where the overies are and throat infection
it was all dismissed and I was sent home

My period finished a week later December 24th it's now decemeber 29th 2014 and I'm experiencing the heavy bleeding back pain migraines again

I'm unsure if this is normal please help

Common on implanon

Detailed Answer:
irregular bleeding is common with implanon. pl ensure that the implant us in place. you try taking tab tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid if no relief then try adding an oral combined pill and if still no relief you must take out implanon and try another method
