What Causes Continued Blood In Urine After Blocking A Vein Connecting To A Benign Mass In The Bladder?

Does your brother have hematuria?
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In my last conversations with you I have made few suggestions and comments regarding the patho physiology of the hemangioma that your brother has in bladder and suggested few tests like repeat selective angiography and embolization if required .
You have not mentioned whether you have complied the same in your recent query.
I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Does he still have Hematuria and if so what is the frequency and how much is the quantity of blood he is passing through in urine? Whether it is red color urine or frank blood?
2) Have you consulted an Interventional Cardiologist and got his selective angiography repeated ?What were the findings ?Was embolization done again?
Please revert back with answers specifically asked for so as to make precise suggestions and further treatment.
Hope I have answered your query, please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you.
Thanks and Regards.
Dr.Patil.

I am writing the same enquiry because i want to speak to you because you know the complete case, Dr Patil
He has some hematuria and blood frequency is not that much as it was before. And the amount of blood in his urine is also not that much as it was earlier. Urine colour is not in red colour some times its pink but that is only in last few drops. Rest if the urine stream is fine.
He alse consulted his interventional Radiologist and after examining through ultra sound he said it is absolutely fine. After 6 months angiography will be repeated but before that they cant do anything much. And embolization will be done if needed.
And the pain which he had before is almost gone, feels a bit but not to much as it use be.
Now there is no pure blood urine like it use to be before he can just see the pure blood in his urnine but not any more. Now urine passes normally as it use to be.
Nothing to be worried about

your part on this matter was really important for me. Dr. is there is one question I would like to ask you on a different matter, I don't know if its related to your Specialisation, From last couple of month I feel a pain on my right side testicle I don't know how to explain this but if I don't get natural orgasm pain stays there, as soon as I get natural orgasm while sleeping next day there will be no pain for next few days . Other than that I am absolutely fine and fit,
The pain in testicle is due to stagnation of semen in testicle
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In absence of orgasm the pain in testicle is due to stagnation of sperms in testicle which in normal circumstances get expelled out in semen through ejaculation.
In such a situation when you do not get orgasm and ejaculation masturbate either yourself or with the help of your female partner and discharge semen by getting orgasm and ejaculation .This will help to prevent getting pain in testicle.
Thanks and Regards.

Is it because of excessive sperm in my body? when its get full i feel pain?
This is not a disease
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Pain is due to congestion of testicle due to accumulation of sperms .You have to get the sperm discharged by masturbation .
Thanks and Regards.

Is it because my sperm growth is faster? Do you recommend whether or not i should see the doctor? Masturbate is something which is not allowed in my religion. Its been 4 days since i had it naturally.
