Question: sir, i have suffering from continuous sperm falling about last 20 days.not only in night but also in days. so within some days am very frustrate. I have one also major problems masturbation at least 2-3 times in a week. sir am trying to control to it bt i have incapable to control masturbation. sir please help me, my marriage is fixed in next year. now am in job so no more time to come there for treatment. Respected sir please help me.

sir continuous sperm falling means- semen is continuous leaking from urethra. this happens occurs always in a day. when i take a warm food and tea also the sperm leaking increases. this sperm leaking process occurs about last 20 days till now.

i felling following happens due to sperm leaking-
1. panis is always wetted.
2. irritation in bodies.
3. tired body.

semen leaking is increases due to following reason-
1. when wrong imagination or dream.
2. when i take worm food and tea.
3. when i watching any movies scene.

sir my another problems is masturbation. how it control ?

The continuous leakage of the semen from urethra can be attributed to only few causes one of them being infection in the epididymis or the semen ducts.

Even a mild sub-clinical infection can present with such leakage.

Infections could be a result of frequent masturbation. I am sorry to say that there is no medication of technique to reduce the urge for masturbation. Side effects of some medication can reduce the urge but cannot be used as treatment.

Only natural way of avoiding the desire my mind relaxation exercises like Yoga and meditation can help. Keeping yourself busy in sports or other recreational activities can surely help.

The leakage of the semen may also stop once you reduce the frequency of masturbation.

Practice Yoga and meditation.

Masturbate less frequently.

Keep up genital hygiene, wash hands clean before masturbation.

Perform Kegel exercises as below :
Contract these muscles for a slow count of five.
Release the muscles to a slow count of five.
Repeat 10 times.
Do a set of 10 Kegels daily, three times a day.

This exercise will strengthen the pelvic floor and lessen the leakage of the semen.
