What Causes Contraction Like Feeling In Lower Right Chest?
Question: Dear Sir
I have the following issues
1. Just after starting urinating I feel something on the right lower chest like something draining out suddenly or some contraction.
2. This happens in fractions of seconds and usually goes unnoticed.
3. The same thing happens even just after talking, i.e. sudden feeling of contraction on the right lower chest for fractions of second.
4. I can say I experience these symptoms once or twice in a month.
5. I do regular health checkup and all the vitals have been cleared by the physician including ECG.
6. I m not sure if I am able to explain what I am experiencing, i.e. I have no pain no weakness or dizziness anywhere on the body, still when I get this feeling I get very upset that something could be wrong with the heart , or respiratory system etc.
Awaiting your kind advice.

I am not sure these spasms and discomfort that you experienced on the right lower chest during urination are related to an organic medical condition. But yes it would be wise to get an ultrasound scan and the X-rays as suggested by the cardiologist to make sure we don't miss any conditions.
Symptomatically they don't seem to be arising from the heart. And the kidney stones are easily treatable problems. So don't be worried.
Besides these, I will suggest that you drink plenty of fluids and stay stress free.
