Brief Answer:
probably a simple cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

you can upload the test report if you'd like.
Since you've mentioned no other comments regarding this cyst, I suppose it's just a simple cyst. This is a common finding. Simple cysts of this size pose no problem to the kidney function and should cause no symptoms unless complicated by bleeding or infection. There is nothing to worry about unless the radiologist has indicated so in the report. When the cyst has suspicious features, a CT scan with IV contrast material may be ordered.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
You can contact me again, if you'd like any clarification or further information.

Kind Regards!
