What Causes Cough And Pain While Swallowing?

Question: I have throat pain while I swallow any food or water and Cough, Cough irritates mainly on sleeping time. It must be the reason for getting wet in the rain. Please advise me some good medicines or any other therapies.

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination ,
Paracetamol for pain &
Tab Vitamin C twice daily to promote healing .
You will get relief .

Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination like Xyzal M, this is a prescription medication.
Paracetamol for pain like Dolo 650mg &
Tab Vitamin C like Limcee twice daily to promote healing .
