Brief Answer:
Get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a medical professional.

Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
3. Throat swab culture.
4. Urine examination.

Your symptoms seems to be due to Upper Respiratory Tract Infection.
You may take an antihistamine like Fexofenadine 120 mg once a day for relief along with paracetamol 500mg for fever.
Warm saline gargles will be helpful.

Further medical management can be planned after knowing the reports of the investigations and according to the clinical evaluation done by the doctor.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Clinical evaluation helps in planning management.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
Treatment of infection needs an appropriate combination of medicines. This is the reason why Tylenol alone was not effective.
I hope you follow the instructions mentioned
before.
I wish you good health.
Thanks.
