Question : Hi Doctor,

I am having fever, body pains & headache, cough. Because of heavy cough my chest is paining during cough. Some time during cough I am getting flum/mucus.

Is there any thing which I can get relief.

Thanks for your query.

You seem to have got flu. Because of the cough you have chest pain. Please let me know if you have breathing difficulty as well. I would suggest the following:

- Corex syr 1 tbsp two times a day
- Combiflam tab 2 - 3 times a day or as needed when you have fever, bodyache
- Tab Limcee 2 times a day

Hi Doctor,

I dont have any breating problem.
I went to general physician. After checkup he told I am having big tounsil. He has given ZenFlox plus , Zerodal and Betadine Mint gargle.

Now my concern above none are related to cough(I guess) which indirectly causing chest pain or throat pain.

Will the above anti biotic is fine?

Zenflox is an antibiotic and will help if you have bacterial infection.

You are none of these medicines are related to cough directly.
