Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,
You have caught an infection, most likely a bacterial one(yellow phlegm) and that has resulted in acute exacerbation of asthma. This is a very common occurrence in known asthmatics.
You need a good course of antibiotics in adequate doses and for adequate duration.
You have already taken azithromycin. If symptoms still persists, you may repeat azithromycin or take another broad spectrum antibiotic(consult your GP).
You may need a short course of oral steroids to get your asthma symptoms under control. Continue nebulization with duolin and budecort frequently and continue your inhalers and other asthma medicines.
Take adequate rest, plenty of fluids, healthy, nourishing diet and avoid dust and smoke and other known allergens.
